Our people are entitled to two Caring Days a year, as a way for us to give back. Caring Days give Farfetchers the time to look after themselves, their loved ones or their community.
Boomerang
Boomerang is our paid sabbatical program. An opportunity for us to recognise our peoples' long-term commitment and contribution to the Farfetch mission. We understand that our people may also have a personal mission or interest of their own, that they would like time to pursue. Boomerang is an opportunity to realise these dreams.
