Our people are entitled to two Caring Days a year, as a way for us to give back. Caring Days give Farfetchers the time to look after themselves, their loved ones or their community.


Boomerang is our paid sabbatical program. An opportunity for us to recognise our peoples' long-term commitment and contribution to the Farfetch mission.
