EVP, Service Excellence


As EVP of Service Excellence, Su is responsible for the design, planning and execution of scalable platform services offered to clients across the FARFETCH Group.

Su joined FARFETCH in 2012 to manage US operations and has led the international expansion of service operations over the last decade. Her background is in financial services with institutions and high net-worth individuals, as well as entrepreneurship in retail and production. Su has her BA in Economics from Columbia University and her MBA from INSEAD.
