Reporting an Ethics Concern

Our Speak Up culture at Farfetch empowers all employees and external stakeholders to speak up when they witness, become aware of, or suspect wrongdoing at Farfetch. As a company, we encourage to Speak Up at all times - and everyone should feel free to use any of the Speak Up Channels available to raise concerns and to ask any questions (when in doubt) about the best course of action in any situation.

Farfetch has the following dedicated channels anyone can use to Speak Up (our "Speak Up Channels"):

Our dedicated Speak Up hotline and online portal are operated by an independent third-party partner (Navex) and reports made on these Speak Up channels are directed to the Farfetch Ethics & Compliance team.

After reporting through web intake form or phone line, you will receive a Report Key and be asked to create a password. You can follow up on a previously submitted report using report key and password. If you report your concern via an email to an entity specific email address, Farfetch's Ethics & Compliance team will receive the email directly. You may send a follow-up email to add further details to, or check status of a concern previously reported via email.
